  1. What does RIJI stand for?

  2. What forms of payment online do you accept?
    RIJI Green accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. We also accept Paypal. However, you do not have to be a Paypal member to buy our products.
  3. What if the bag I want is “sold out”?
    Please send us an email, Sales@RIJIGreen.com to inquire about the bag you want. If the bag is temporarily sold out, we should be able to get you one within 3 weeks.
  4. How long will it take to receive my order?
    Once you’ve placed an order, we will ship it within 1-2 business days. Your order will take 3-7 business days for delivery.
  5. What is your return policy?
    RIJI Green proudly stands by its product and will gladly exchange or refund within 7 days of purchase. We just ask that the returned item be in the same brand new condition!
  6. How do I exchange/return an RIJI Green bag?
    To return or exchange items purchased through RIJI Green, please send an email Sales@RIJIGreen, notifying us of your exchange/return. Then, place the bag in a box and ship back to RIJI Green using a trackable, insured method (all carriers now provide this option). Once we receive the bag, we will provide an exchange/refund of the cost of the bag. Please note that the cost of shipping will not be refunded.
  7. Where are the products made from?
    India, Nepal, and Philippine.
  8. What does the logo mean?
    The logo is an olive branch, which is a sign of hope. It is also symbolic to growth and prosperity, which is what the human trafficking survivors will experience in various areas of their lives.
